Education Transition Centre
In partnership with the Children’s Foundation - this is a bridging program focused students as they transition from school to either an alternate program or back to regular school. This program is meant to be short term (6 to 12 weeks) and is ideal for learners who need supports in learning self regulation strategies to then return to an alternate program or back to regular school.
Referrals are processed through a DRC, DBS, or the Education Services School team and also directly through Children's Foundation.
